1. Data controller

The data controller is ETC Tarım Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. You may contact us at info@etckimya.com.tr or at the company’s current registered address.

2. Data and purposes

Contact submissions may include your name, email, telephone number, subject and message. Dealer applications may additionally include company, business activity, location, monthly requirement and application details.

  • Receiving, evaluating and responding to requests and applications,
  • establishing and managing a business relationship,
  • security, abuse prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Collection and legal grounds

Data is collected directly from you through electronic forms. Depending on the process, processing relies on the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment or protection of legal claims, legitimate interests, and consent where it is legally required.

4. Recipients

Data may be disclosed on a need-to-know basis to authorised staff, hosting/email/IT providers, legal and financial advisers and competent public authorities. Where an international transfer occurs, the safeguards or transfer conditions required by applicable law are applied.

5. Retention

Contact messages are retained for up to two years after the last action, and dealer applications for up to two years after the final decision. A longer statutory period applies where required by law, contract or an ongoing dispute. Data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the processing grounds cease to exist.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, information about processing and recipients, correction, deletion or destruction, notification of corrections/deletions to recipients, objection to solely automated results and compensation for unlawful processing.

7. Requests

Submit a sufficiently identified request to the data controller. Requests are handled within the procedures and time limits prescribed by applicable law. See our Privacy Policy for general website practices.
